How much does air conditioning cost in Finestrat?
In Finestrat a fitted split usually costs between €750 and €1,300, and ducted air for an apartment or mid-sized villa between €3,000 and €6,500, including VAT. We cover La Cala, the village, Sierra Cortina and Balcón de Finestrat. If your new home has pre-installation, fitting is quicker and cheaper.

From the Cala to the hills
In Cala de Finestrat, seafront apartments need units with good salt protection and a yearly service of the outdoor unit. Many recent towers already have ducting pre-installed, so only the unit itself is needed.
Further up, in Sierra Cortina and Balcón de Finestrat, things change: one- and two-storey villas, a pool and plenty of afternoon sun. There we usually fit zoned ducted air or a heat pump, sometimes with a multi-split for the bedroom floor.
The village
In the stone houses of the old village we take care over where the outdoor unit goes, so it can't be seen from the street, using courtyards and roofs to hide it.
Tower blocks in La Cala de Finestrat
In La Cala's high-rises the terraces take sea wind almost every day. We fix the outdoor unit on anchored anti-vibration brackets, protect it from salt and run the condensate to the downpipe, so it doesn't drip onto the terrace below.
What we're asked for most
In Finestrat, the jobs we're asked for most are ducted air conditioning, air-to-water heat pumps and servicing and cleaning, though we handle the full range.
Frequently asked questions
Do you cover the hillside urbanisations in Finestrat?
Yes: Sierra Cortina, Balcón de Finestrat and the other urbanisations, as well as the Cala and the village.
My new Finestrat villa has pre-installation. What do I need?
Usually just the unit, the grilles and the thermostat. We check the pre-installation and give you a fixed price.
What output does a villa in Sierra Cortina need?
As a guide, 100–140 W per square metre depending on orientation and glazing. A villa with 120 m² of living space usually takes 12–16 kW of ducted air, split into zones.
