These are guide prices including VAT (IVA). The final price depends on the unit, the installation and access, and we fix it before starting.
How much does air conditioning cost in Benidorm?
In Benidorm a fitted 2.5 to 3.5 kW split usually costs €750–1,300, a 2x1 multi-split €1,500–2,600 and ducted air for an apartment €3,000–6,500, including VAT. A full clean costs €60–90 per unit and a fault diagnosis €50–70.

What changes the price
The distance between the indoor and outdoor units, whether there's pre-installation, facade height and access, the brand and range of the unit, and whether any building work is needed.
What a standard installation includes
A branded inverter unit on R32 gas, indoor and outdoor units, anti-vibration brackets, up to 3 metres of insulated copper pipe, trunking, drain, vacuum test, commissioning and packaging taken away. Extra pipe, a new electrical circuit, or rope access or a cherry picker on a tower block are priced separately, and we tell you beforehand.

Before any work we give you a written quote covering the unit, installation and materials. If something unexpected comes up, we check with you first.

Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, every guide price on this page includes VAT (IVA).
Do you charge to come and look?
A survey to quote for a new system is free. Fault diagnosis has a charge, which we deduct if we carry out the repair.
Why do some ads say from €290 when you start at €750?
Those prices are usually fitting only, or a budget unit with minimal pipe. Ours includes a branded R32 inverter unit and the full installation. If you already have the unit, fitting alone costs €250–400.
